Good morning,
I have recenty bought an HP reverb G2, that seems to be regognised properly by my computer.
The VMR application has installed and launches, but crashes after 2/3 seconds without reaching the cliff house screen.
Following checks / attempts failed:
- lauch it on the administrator account
- take away the energy saving mode on the USB bus
- reinstall the app, including using some "secret command" found on the community forum
- install OpenXR
- check all hardware
below the error message:

svchost (9240,P,98) C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Spectrum\PersistedSpatialAnchors: Une tentative de création du dossier « C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Spectrum\ » a échoué en indiquant l’erreur système 5 (0x00000005) : « Access is denied. ». L’opération de création de dossier échouera en indiquant l’erreur -1032 (0xfffffbf8).
Sorry that the log is in French, I hope this is still usable
