Intel Dual Band Wireless AC 3160 not working under Windows 10. How do I fix this?

In any other operating system I try and boot on my laptop, it works fine, but whenever I try to use it with windows it gives me a code 10 error every time. I already tried reinstalling windows and it did nothing. I know this card works because it was pulled from a different laptop and also the fact that it works in other OSes so it is strictly a Windows issue.
