Hello,

Three weeks ago, I changed my HDD to SSD and added new RAM to my laptop. Since then, I have been running into an issue lately and cannot figure out the root cause. I have been getting a stop error (BSOD) several times and when I check the event viewer I see this error.

1) BSOD: Memory Management - ERROR BUGCHECK 1001 (Jan 20th, 2021)
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000001a (0x0000000000041792, 0xffffde3ffe2babd8, 0x0000000000001000, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 076e0729-3877-4f45-93fd-194f3ad7107b.

2) BSOD: Memory Management - ERROR BUGCHECK 1001 (Jan 25th, 2021)

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000001a (0x0000000000041790, 0xffffab8001783e30, 0x00000000000001ff, 0x0000000000000200). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000.

3) BSOD: Store Data Structure Corruption - ERROR VOLMGR 46 (Jan 27th, 2021)

Crash dump initialization failed!

4) BSOD: Memory Management - ERROR BUGCHECK 1001 (Feb 1st, 2021)

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000001a (0x0000000000003601, 0xffff86432190c2e8, 0x0000000000000800, 0x0000000000000800). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: be246dda-0cee-4a9f-a191-45dcbc290b94.

The BSOD always happened the first time I start up my laptop, not during my work on the laptop.

There are several warning and error DistributedCOM 10016/10010 but I don't think that was the cause. It also shows there are some critical on Kernel-Power 41.

I do have copies of the dump file and a saved copy of the event viewer. Not sure where I can upload them for viewing.

Any help with this would be appreciated.

Thank you,

Phily
