No WIFI or Ethernet connection

I have just built a new computer and downloaded an older version of Windows 10 Home (version 1607) from a USB I had laying around with the intention of updating the system to the newest version of Windows 10, however, I cannot connect to either WIFI or Ethernet meaning that I cannot just update the system. When I troubleshoot the system, the problem that is detected says "Windows could not find a driver for your network adapter". I used this same installation method with the same USB about a month ago but last time the installation went smoothly. My motherboard has built-in WIFI.

When I look at the Network adapters in the Device Manager, Microsoft Kernal Debug Network Adapter shows up as enabled.

I have downloaded the latest bios for my motherboard.

How do I fix this problem?
