So let me tell my laptop's configuration first:

OS Name : Microsoft Windows 10 Home Single Language

System Type : x64-based PC

Processor : AMD Ryzen 3 3250U with Radeon Graphics

Installed Physical Memory (RAM) : 8.00 GB

Let me know, if you need any other details.

So, basically my laptop had 4GB memory installed. It's performance wasn't good enough, so, I upgraded my memory (RAM). There are two slots, each of them has 4GB each.

After installing the ram, when I started my laptop, it was showing available memory as 5.9 GB, 2.1 GB is hardware reserved.

So, I took backup of my data, and reseted my laptop and freshly installed Windows 10 20H2. I opted Cloud Install during resetting.

I also updated my BIOS and drivers, as suggested by many people on the internet.

I went to Advance Boot options in msconfig and ticked the maximum memory option, and restarted the laptop.

But nothing happened.

Please help me that how can I free up hardware reserved memory.
