Can't get my laptop restored to where it was prior to reset.

I had to reset our acer laptop to factory version of Vista that it came with. I had done all the upgrades to windows 10 prior to this. This laptop came with the option to upgrade to windows 7 and I upgraded it twice after to get to Windows 10. Now I can't seem to get the upgrade to windows 7 it is entitled to again so I can repeat the process. Any help would be appreciated.
