My mom has an HP Pavilion laptop (14-n009la model to be exact) and she uses it for work. In the off chance my little brother uses her laptop (hes 12 btw, I'm 20, we both are considered the most intelligent students in terms of technology in our schools, so he couldn't have caused the issue), there's q chance that it restarts automatically without a warning beforehand. This has been a serious issue, as it interrupts any work that my mom or my brother is doing at that time, and if the work didn't back up to OneDrive before restarting, its lost. I've checked the Event Viewer after logging back in, but there is no error there to point to the issue. Can someone help me out? Thanks! (btw the version of Windows I'm running on that laptop is Windows 10 Home May 2004 Update)
