When I try and send something from a Web page, or a photograph by e mail, Windows Live mail comes up and it will not let me use it.
When I created this account many years ago, my e mail address was *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. It is now *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.
I would like to be able to access my account but have no way of doing so.
I tried to make a new account but it just tells me I already have one.
I want to be able to send photographs via e mail, so how do I make Windows live mail work properly or make it that another email address pops up to send instead of Windows Live mail.
This problem has been going on for many years, and I would really like to get it sorted out.
