Some USB ports not working and issues shutting down.

M

MMarkus.

I tried to build a PC and im left with 2 working USB 3.1 Gen 2 sockets. (Red) (USB xHCI Compliant Host Controller Code 10)

So i have 4 USB 3.1 Gen 1 (Blue) and 2 USB 2.0 (Black) ports not working at back panel. 2 USB 3.1 Gen 1 (Blue) Ports in the front IO also not working.

Also when shutting down the computer (from windows or power button) all of the fans stay on with RAM RGB and motherboard lights.

It will shut down if i'm holding the power button down.

From Event Viewer: Windows Logs -> System: Windows failed to start the USB xHCI Compliant Host Controller for the following reason:
Controller reset timed out. Check with your computer manufacturer for an updated firmware for the controller.

What i've tried:

-reset BIOS

-Install latest BIOS

-clear CMOS

-overclock the CPU

-removed all USB controller drivers from Device Manager

-updating all USB controller drivers from Device Manager

-updating Windows 10

-reset Windows 10

-intalled 2 different versions of intels chipset drivers (the latest and the previous version)

-tried to install different drivers for USB xHCI Compliant Host Controller

-changed several power options

-disabled fast startup

-tried troubleshooting Devices and Printers

(It detected USB xHCI Compliant Host Controller issue (Problems with some PnP devices))
