Hi,

The problem im experiecing is intermittent. It happens around once or twice a day, usually every time it occurs im watching a video, either on twitch or on youtube.

The Problem

My computer will freeze (im unable to move the mouse), after 1 second, both monitors turn off informing me there is no input signal, the monitors turn back on after 2-3 seconds and any video im watching would have paused or crashed.

Troubleshooting

I managed to log the time it happened and connect that with any events i see in the event viewer. There is 1 error and 2 warning that occur at the time.
