DistributedCOM Event 10016 spammed so much my computer crashes?

Hey,


I have been having very strange crashes lately on my machine, it becomes strangely unresponsive, but not frozen, I can move windows around, minimize, but not open anything new or restart. I was able to open task manager last time but everything was frozen and not updating in it and CPU said 0%. Last time I had one I went back and looked at the event view to see if I could figure out whats up. The only thing I had was this same message spammed thousands of times at the exact same time code (4:08:51) when my computer crashed:

This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.

I saw some people changing things in regedit to fix similar things, but I was a little unsure to go around editing permissions to thing. Any help would be appreciated.
