I have a brand new ASUS laptop UX 581LV Pro Duo which was supplied with Windows 10 Pro as standard.
During initial setup I have also installed my account for Office 365 on the laptop and the windows version was downgraded to Windows 10 Home by Microsoft. Multiple attempts to contact Microsoft support led to nothing which is extremely frustrating. The Chatbot is no help at all and the PERSON calls set up by the chatbot do not call me back. The chatbot later failed the requests for Talk to a person and replied with error messages.
The Microsoft Product Code ID that I have for the laptop is not a correct format for entering as a product Key, because it has a zero value in it which is not being recognised. It has 13 digits.
Can someone please give me a number to phone to try rectify this situation.
