How to remove spurious entries for Silverlight in Registry

Windows 7 update prompted me to install Silverlight.

After checking, decided not to, but then looked at the Registry using Regedit.

“Find” reported hundreds of entries - CCleaner does not see these!

e.g. c:|Program Files (x86)|Microsoft Silverlight|4.0.50401.0|ru|system.resources.dll

How can I safely remove these?

Tried Install & uninstall using Revounistaller– no effect.
