Can't print, HP says printer is not the problem.

So I've been troubleshooting for 4 days now, and I cannot get our office printer to communicate with my computer. I can ping it, I can web onto it, but if I try to add it via IP it says it can't be found on the network. I'll use the HP Smart App, and it recognizes it, but then jobs print and go into Error state. Let me summarize everything I tried so we aren't going in circles, thanks for the help in advanced, I'm going slightly insane lol.

The strangest part is, it's just me who can't print. The others in our office have no problem, and I have removed and re-added the printer from their computers with success. It just doesn't like me :(

HP has said the device is functional, and to contact Windows. Support hasn't gotten me any further, basically nobody knows what's going on, and I'm terrified of resetting the printer in a whole because I don't want it to cause any other issues for anyone else.

  • Remove and install printer and drivers
  • Rebooted machine and printer
  • Updated Windows and Printer firmware
  • Cleaned out spooler folder in Windows
  • Removed all third-party drivers and tried again.
  • Enabled Remote Access Connection Manger service
  • Changed DNS settings on PC to match printers
  • Can ping printer, can connect to web viewer.

Thanks for any tips, I can't stand this lol.
