Hi,

My laptop has been having lots of issues for a while now and i have finally been bothered to work through it all and have isolated the problem to be the rams, but when i run the Windows memory diagnostic test the results make no real sense to me. can anyone advise on what this all means and what the next step to fix this is??? (took about 8 tests for it to even release any results in the first place.
