I wanted to replace my laptop default hdd with ssd and after that replace dvd drive with the default hdd. My laptop supports sata port for dvd drive and sata 2 port for disk drive. But, i cam to know that after replcing dvd drive with hdd, some people told that the their system was not able to detect hdd. Also if i plan to replace my dvd drive with my default hdd, then which "hdd caddy". Should i buy as i m a bit confused.
My laptop model no. is VPCEH25EN , sony vaio e series
HDD-Hitachi HTS543232A7A384 (320gb)
DVD drive- TSSTCorp TS-L633F
Planning to use hdd for storage and ssd for windows after all the process.
Any help would be appretiated.
