Hi - hoping someone can help.
I currently am support my users remotely as many of us are and I have seen an issue with MSRA where if a user has multiple monitors and one of them placed vertically then I cant get proper access to their machine. I see a black screen with a trailing mouse icon and nothing else.
Has anyone had a similar issue and know of a fix?
