This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)

{Operation Failed}

The requested operation was unsuccessful.

Every time I boot the pc the 71 in 2 card reader fails to load along with its other components as seen in the pic

I have to manually install the device on each boot
