In one of the license server , ipconfig /all command on cmd shows two physical address one for ethernet and one for Tunnel adapter Local area connection.
It is found that one of the application's license shows an random error while re-reading the license file. The error is "Wrong hostId ....and includes two MAC Ids , one for the ethernet and one for the Tunnel adapter Local area connection.
This happens on odd days. On other day it just re reads the license file correctly. But whenever it rereads wrongly it includes two MAC ids in the error message.
My question is why it tries to read the Tunnel adapter Local area connection physical address, while the license file mentions about host ID as physical address of the ethernet adapter only, and what could be the solution?
