Hello! I have been having random blue screens for the past few weeks and I am at my wits end here
My computer just freezes randomly during normal usage, playing, or even playing music.
I have tried every single option I could think of
At first I thought maybe malware is causing my computer to have blue screens, so I immediately installed malwarebytes, adwcleaner and ran some scans
they did pick up something but since the problem continued to persist I ran chkdsk /r , sfc /scannow , verifier tool ( which led me to a loop of blue screens and ultimately making me reinstall windows ).
After I reinstalled windows 10, I thought my problems were fixed but, after a day of reinstalling driver updates, windows updates, programs I needed to use immediately, I once again got multiple blue screens in a day. I thought maybe it's my drivers cause I didn't blue screened when I just had a fresh install. but I'm starting to think maybe it's hardware issues, but I can't think of anything that's old enough to die out since I bought this laptop 3 years ago, but then again I'm no expert on this field so I can't say for sure.
