I'm having this problem with a a embroidery app. It comes up ok and then when I want to scan a picture it come up server busy this action cannot be completed, because the other program is busy. Choose to activate the busy program and correct the problem. It doesn't tell me what to do. I'm getting a little tired of it. Help how to correct it.
