PC constantly crashes (one a day, maybe two) and sometimes it frezzes.

Everyday , before I get a BSOD, my PC stars being slow and unresponsive (stutters and frezzes) and after the imminent Blue Screen of Death starts to show.

My PC specs are:

OS: Windows 10 Pro 10.0.19042 Build 19042

Motherboard: Gigabyte Z390 GAMING X

Bios Version: F10i

Bios Mode: UEFI

CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-9600K CPU @ 3.70GHz 3.70 GHz

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti

RAM: 16GB 3000Mhz


So far I have tried:
- sfc /scannow, which comes up clean
- chkdsk, comes up clean
- dism /online /checkhealth, comes clean
- Windows memory diagnostic comes up clean
- updated drivers for the motherboard from the website
- reinstalling my graphics drivers
