Missing programs in add/remove after Windows 10 Reset

Hey,

I tried to find a similar topic but haven't found anything. I had to do a reset of my Windows 10 Pro (ver 20H2, 19042.804, 64-bit) back to fabric settings because of a BSOD error. I chose the option of reinstalling Windows and all software without removing my personal files. All went fine, I got a generated list of all programs that have been removed.

However, most of these supposedly removed programs are still on my hard drive working just fine, and there's quite a lot of them - the only problem is that they do not show up in add/remove. I don't want to reinstall all of them, it's too much work.

I've already checked file indexing of all hard drives and I also checked file integrity. No errors, everything is fine.

Is there a way to make my Windows realize that it has a lot of programs installed that it's not showing in add/remove?

Thanks in advance.
