I just wanna ask this, because sometimes when i even open a app my cpu usage will go over 50%
and this makes it really hard when playing games like mc, because if i open microsoft edge or chrome it will sometimes jump to 100% and makes my pc sluggish and almost unusable, i have mostly fixed it by disabling background apps, settings wifi to metered, upgrading ram, and disabling all unneeded services/startup apps, and disabling all notifications from apps.
so should i disable sysmain as well? people say i should, but none of those people actually work for microsoft, or are known members of the microsoft community.
i also read that if i use a ssd it will not improve performance, intead it could worsen cpu usage.
my specs:
Intel celeron 1017u
12gb ram
kingston a400 sata 3 ssd,
latest version of windows ten available.
