I am using a Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic Keyboard for Business (5KV-00001) and if I stop typing for a period of time (I'm not sure how long it is exactly) the keyboard stops working all together. The only way to get it working again is to pop out the batteries. I have tried replacing the batteries, updating the driver, uninstalling the driver so that it reinstalls. Nothing seems to fix the issue. I'm at my wits end and would really like to get this to work as I do not want to have to buy another keyboard.
