When printing a certain PDF document through a vendor's website in IE11 by pressing the print button, the status bar shows "downloading files" and then the print dialogue box appears and allows you to choose a printer. This document has 5 different PDF files (15 pages) in it. Same website in Edge, instead, downloads the PDF files into a .zip file containing the five documents and never offers a print dialogue.
It either automatically chooses print to file or gets confused with the "downloading files" portion that IE knows how to handle. Neither browsers have addons or extensions pertaining to Adobe or PDF viewer. In Edge I have tried adding add-ons and changing site permissions for PDF with no change. I know the issue only pertains to this one PDF file, because other PDFs from the vendor's website print fine, but IE11 has no trouble with it and I'm wondering if there is anything on my end that I can do about it. The best option I fear is asking the vendor to update their file structure to be more Edge friendly, but I would prefer Edge at least meet IE11 expectations.
Thank you,
