I was given the following link

from a Microsoft Tech in order to hide one particular Windows 10 Update
KB4601319) which will not download.
I've been trying the link for 2 weeks and am getting the following error message:
404 - File or directory not found.The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.
Please advise me what to do
