Hello!
I have had my SSD for about 6 months now and just recently the SSD activity has randomly spiked up to 100% thus making the pc slow and unusable. I have no clue what's causing this since in task manager the most is using System and it is using 0.1 MB/s. After long time the SSD goes back to normal. The SSD has actually really good write and read speeds but when it's spiking to 100% the speeds are oddly slow. I have attached a picture of how it looks like. (for some reason it did not allow me to upload a picture so I uploaded to my website https://streety.org/img/drive.png)
First I thought it was because I had it set to compress my files on the drive to free up space so I undid it and the issue still remains after that.
I have no idea what's causing this issue is there any way I can fix it?
Additional information
Windows: edition:10pro, verision:20h2, OS build:19042.662
Drive in question: Intenso SATA III 960GB
