Unable to open program.

I've gotten the error the application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect please see application event log or use the command line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail. I've been to a few other forms and fix guides and the problem is still not resolved. I'm not sure what to do further from here.

I have attempted to repair Microsoft Visual C++ and uninstall and reinstall it as well as the program however I receive the same error still. I've reviewed the registry editor x86_policy.9.0.microsoft.vc90.crt_1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b_none_02d0010672fd8219 and found it matching in the same folder however the program still did not open.


Please help see what can be done. I've attached some of my attempts to fix and the errors I get below.
