Fidelity Active Trader Pro .dll error - Windows 10 20H2

Hello,


Setup.exe - Error: File, libcef.dll, has a different computed hash than specified in manifest.


I am currently attempting to run a setup.exe of most the recent application version,


Fidelity Active Trader Pro

10.7.215.0



I have tried the following troubleshooting in registry editor:

• reregistered all .dll files,
• disabled security features and virus protections,
• manually input needed libcef.dll,
• recovery mode;

no success.
