PC not booting up

So my computer is not booting up and the cause is I think the Standard AHCI Controller when I rolledback to it because my Intel AHCI controller is causing some Latency issues and causing popping and crackling audio. I also deleted some greyed out devices including a greyed out disk drive with the same name as mine but i doubt that's the cause of my problem.

After I rolledback it told me to restart my computer, so I did that then the computer just turns off with fans( including cpu fan) still spinning, then I tried to remove the cmos battery to reset bios settings but still doesn't work I even replaced it with a new one. I thought it was overheating so I left it and turned it off for about 1 hr and when I power it up, still no display on the screen with all the fans spinning. I plugged it into a wall outlet, didn't do anything, tried to disconnect all other usb devices and just leave the VGA and power, also didn't work, one stick of ram, didn't work, put ram in different slot, didn't work, checked the motherboard for objects that cause it to short, nothing. I'm running out of solutions
