IPv6 Connectivity: No network access

Just got a new PC, and installed Windows 10 Education (got a copy from my school, UBC), plugged in ethernet, and everything was fine for a little bit but then the internet stopped working for certain sites. Google sites work fine, many other sites load after a little bit of time, but lots of sites (and apps) won't load at all, or enough to be usable (Netflix, Steam, Spotify, etc.)

After some searching I think I've narrowed this down to a problem with my network drivers. Specifically, under either Ethernet or WiFi it says IPv4 Connectivity: Internet, and IPv6 Connectivity: No network access. I've tried everything I can find, and nothing has fixed it. Troubleshooting doesn't pick up anything, none of these: netsh winsock reset, netsh int ip reset, ipconfig /release, ipconfig /renew, ipconfig /flushdns have done anything, I've tried a few times. I've tried even disabling IPv6 Connectivity, but that doesn't work either. I've tried changing DNS, no luck. Updating drivers, IP helper service, endless restarts--I can't even count all the things I've tried, but it's everything a few pages of google results has.

Any help would be much appreciated, this is really frustrating and has been happening for three days now.

Thank you so much!
