We have an old PC with Win XP that the hard drive died , installed new hard drive and Win XP , the product ID is

< Product Key removed by VM >

This PC is not connected to the internet and I want to ACTIVATE the windows installation.

I phoned the Microsoft activation line in Australia here on 1800 642 008

They told me to contact here with

Case number 1018613600

Can you help me please.
