Frequently I end up with windows behind the taskbar. I then have to float over them in the taskbar wait for the popup then rightclick and move... This operation is faffy and takes time... some apps don't even let you do that ... many are annoyed by this behaviour.

One work-around is to enable auto-hide the taskbar and 'be quick' dragging the window... some people are to old or silly to be quick, or be aware thats what they need to do. I also like my taskbar not hidden, as it speeds my navigation being able to click things on it immediately.

So the feature I'm suggesting is this... In settings -> peronalisation -> taskbar ... add a checkbox ... stop windows appearing behind taskbar.

If this is checked windows runs a thread (or task) at startup that every second or two see's what windows it has positioned... if any have their top lower than the taskbar, they are automatically moved so their top is just above the taskbar... simple to do.
