Hello everyone!
I wanted to install HyperX NGENUITY (Beta) when I got the error.
When I tried to install WhatsApp I did not get the error.
Yet when I tried to update my installed apps I got the error for every single app.
I proceeded to (almost)* do literally everything a person could read about it online to try to fix it. Nothing changed. Nothing I did ended up helping me in any way.
The things I did which I can recall on the spot are:
Reset the Store, rename Windows Update components folder, reinstall MS Store, create AppReadiness and AUInstallAgent folders, tried to install with Firewall and anti virus disabled, ran the troubleshooter (to no avail), re-register the MS Store app, checked if the [COLOR=rgba(0, 0, 0, 1)]NtfsDisableEncryption value was set to 0 (it was), performed system file checker (it found and fixed corrupted files but apparently none of those had anything to do with the store, since it did not help either), restarted Windows Update Services.

*(almost)= I did not delete the OLE folders from the registry since I could not find any.
If you have any idea what I might be missing or doing wrong PLEASE let me know.
Also, here is a gif of what it looks like when I try to install the said app.
