Hi. My parent using laptop watch vids in YouTube. The laptop then suddenly restart. Every time now starting with "Automatic Repair couldn't repair your PC". And said log file can be found at D:\Recovery\WindowsRE\Winre.wim\System32\Logfiles\Srt\SrtTrail.txt . I found that the log leaves an error message "operating system version is incompatible with startup repair".
So far I've tried alot methods but not a single solve this problem:
- Boot in safe mode, safe mode with network, safe mode with command prompt (Then still back to Advanced Option with different language)
- Disable driver signature enforcement
- Disable early-launch anti-malware protection
- Fix bcd, fix boot, rebuild bcd
- Attempt to edit bcd recoveryenabled to No but failed
- Reset and keep personal file (And said there was a problem resetting my PC)
- Disable secure booting in BIOS
- Startup repair
- Uninstall quality updates, latest feature updates (And ran into problem and won't be able to uninstall)
- System restore (No restore point so not fix at all)
Any idea of how to solve this problem instead of installing another Windows 10 with USB?
