Hello,
I have an acer aspire laptop, windows 10. I have recently bought it and I noticed I am facing an issue with the screen brightness.
Whenever I open an application, (for example a pdf with a white background, or google chrome with a white background), I notice that the white has a yellowish tint. It is not completely yellow, but also not completely white. I have to press the brightness keys (f3 and f4) multiple times for the brightness to be adjusted and become fully white even though it was originally set on 100 brightness. Note: I have the night light mode turned off, and also the battery saver turned off.
This also happens when I switch from my desktop which has a blue background to anything that has a white background. The white shade looks pale and not very bright. I tried changing my background color but I still have the same issue.
It is extremely annoying and I do not know how to fix it. I appreciate the help.
Thanks.
