Why does my cursor freeze in Windows 7?

I am currently using Windows 7 Pro, and when I plug in or out my USB devices, my whole system freezes for 1/2 second. This problem isn't in Windows 10 Pro. Also, the cursor freezes if I start Microsoft Teams, Minecraft: Java Edition, RLCraft: Java Edition, and my Web Browser (Usually Firefox or Microsoft Edge). The cursor freezes without the system (Meaning, only the cursor freezes without the system freezing.). This problem doesn't happen under heavy CPU load. This problem occurs, usually when I watch YouTube videos. This seems to be a driver problem because the cursor seems to be freezing with audio and video. This problem started when I first setup Windows 7 and downloaded drivers. THIS PROBLEM HAS NEVER STOPPED EXCEPT WHEN I DISABLED MY AUDIO DRIVER (Realtek High Definition Audio. Well, the cursor still freezes a little.) The cursor even freezes with Internet Explorer 11 when closing a tab.
