i have an HP Pavilion dv6 3225dx Entertainment Laptop that is a x64 based processor, recently i turned my computer on to find the message NO OPERATING SYSTEM, so i purchased a new rebootable disk for WIN 10 & WIN 10 PRO and the CD?DVD disk gave me the options of windows 10 64 bit and windows 10 32 bit and the 64 bit would not install at all and would only allow me to install the 32 bit version, Yes i do have a x64 based processor and have always used the 64 bit version when updating or purchasing software so i know my laptop is compatible to run and work on the x64 based processor.

Thank you as always and appreciate any assistance that you folks at Microsoft will hopefully provide
