Games launching as background tasks in Windows 10 Insider Preview 21332.rs_prerelease

The title seems self explanatory enough. Any game I try to launch will open as a background task. Tried using compatibility and running as admin. Plz help


Edit: VALORANT SEEMS TO BE WORKING FINE

I have issues with Forza Horizon 4 (steam) and Titanfall 2 (steam) and BATTLEFIELD 1 (ORIGIN)
