No mapping between account names and security IDs was done. Error

Help, I was trying to make a file explorer shortcut to use for my Winstep Nexus dock. However, when I tried to create a shortcut on the dock and open it, it creates the error "No mapping between account names and security IDs was done." How do I fix this, and if there aren't any, how else can I make a File Explorer shortcut?


By the way, even if I go to the File Explorer program at C:\Windows\explorer.exe, it has the same error.
