Windows 10 20H2 Ethernet no IP Address

I just installed Windows 10 Home 20H2 and my hard wired ethernet connection no longer connects to the internet, but the WiFi connection does work. I have run the Troubleshooter on the Ethernet connection and it says that it does not have an IP address. Uninstalling the Ethernet connection via the Device Manager and reinstalling it does not fix the issue. I tried to using a fixed IP address and that did not fix the issue. I restarted my router and that did not affect the issue. When I run the Troubleshooter I can see that the port is reset, the link is lost, the link is established, then some traffic occurs then stops. I know my router is functioning, since I can post this message using the WiFi connection. Other computers on the local network can connect to the internet with the same router and have no issues. Windows Update says that all updates are applied and no new ones are available.

I searched and found a "fix", to disable the connection, restart and then re-enable the connection. That worked for about 10 minutes but then the same issue came back. I tried this "fix" again and this time it did not resolve the issue.

My next step is to try to go back to an earlier restore point to see if this resolves the issue. Several users have said that this works, but when 20H2 is reinstalled this issue returns.

Any suggestions? I will wait on the restore point till I get a response from here on another possible fix.
