HTFS.SYS and BSOD

Aleksey Tyukaev

Hello, Microsoft users!

It's been a year since I got my first BSOD on a newly built PC. Sadly I still didn't fix it.

All (or most of them) my latest errors are related to NTFS.SYS module.

The common errors:

1. SYSTEM_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

031421-10234-01.dmp - minidump

2. SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION

031421-30640-01.dmp - minidump

Logs are attached.

The BSODs've become too frequent past week, so last night I decided once more to check disk with sfc /scannow command. The result you can see below.487e7481-5618-4ca8-994d-85aea7a6717f?upload=true.jpg

So DISM failed to restore Windows files - it's fine, we'll try to use "source" option. I created Windows Image with the official Media Creation Tool, but it didn't work:

At this point I don't know what else to do (except for full reinstall, but I'dlike to fix an error). Therefore, I am asking the Microsoft community for help.
