The Microsoft Surface Diagnostic Toolkit shows that I have 4% battery wear on my new Surface Book 3 on the 22000 mWh battery (not sure if that is the one in the keyboard or the screen). The 59700 mWh battery shows 0% battery wear. I have only had it for four days.
Both batteries are fully charged and while they were pretty low charged when I first got it four days ago, neither has been 100% discharged since I have had it. It has been attached to the charger since I initially powered it on.
How can I possible have 4% battery wear on a brand new compute?
Additionally, I ran a battery report and I don't understand some of the output. I received this, new in shrink wrap on 3/10. Why does it show usage history beginning January 1st for 168 hours per week until 3/4 then 24 hours per day until the day I first powered it on? That does not look right.
