As the title says I am getting sudden GPU usage spikes whenever I try to use the Win10 Search bar and occasionally when closing programs it has been going on a while spiking but has seemed to have gotten worse recently the search bar one is the most reliable I have for repeating this process as the first time I click on it it fails to actually do anything and causes a 100% GPU usage this is in all cases 100% on the 3D process the next time I click on it it opens fine and will continue to do so until I have clicked off it and left it for a short period (10-15 seconds) then the next time the process repeats again I have little doubt this is to do with the hardware and more likely the OS itself as its only thing related to the OS causing this.
Does any one know what's causing this?
my specs are as follows:
Intel i7-9700
16gb ram
Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 Ti 6gb (Drivers are up to date as of time of posting)
