After upgrading to the latest Windows 10 version, both my Epson and Cannon will not print correctly. It recognizes the printer, but the print job comes out a blank page with a tiny image. Microsoft has no fix for this. Cannon says call Microsoft. So what am I to do? I had to close my printing business because of this. I'm loosing money each day.
I did a recovery and went back to the latest version, but that did not help. It is still doing the same thing.
The latest version I have is: 1909 OS build 18363.1440
How can I get Microsoft to contact me, where can I post a support ticket?
