Hi,
I have recently experience random crashes which results into a restart for Windows 10. I have looked through the event viewer to check on the date in which first started and it was on 3/11/2021.
Before logging down the event whereby the system has rebooted, there is another log that states the shutdown timing and date was unexpected.
The rest of the crash logs have similar description. However, I've found a new log which differs from the previous.
I've searched up the community and found one solution is to do a sfc scan. I did it but there was no issues with it.
I then went to update my drivers via device manager but all of them are up to date. Did an antivirus scan as well which doesnt return any threats.
I have done a windows update recently too.
May I know if someone is able to assist me on this as the constant crash is really hindering me from work and casual use. I can upload the MEMORY.DMP file if needed.
Thank you!
