OneDrive Synced Files gets deleted when opened from OneDrive folder (Windows Explorer)

I have a user whose excel or word file in her OneDrive folder (Windows Explorer) gets deleted as soon as she opens it. This randomly happens - the last time this happened was julie2 weeks ago and it happened again last night.


She is able to restore the deleted file by accessing her OneDrive Online and restoring from the recycle bin then she can open the file again without issues.
