Good Morning,

Last night I Reset My PC (Laptop) when I awoke this morning I noticed the computer kept restarting going to the BSOD Page followed by the error: System thread exception not handled.

If left alone all my computer will do is try to boot up windows....go to BSOD with the error and restart.

I did various google searches and have so far come up short.

So far I've tried the following:

1. Turn off/on computer numerous times to see if can initiate Advanced Boot Options so I can go into Safe Mode. (Didn't Work)

2. Attempted to press F8 before Windows came up. BIOS only gives me two options F2 to enter set up or F12 to change boot device. (Didn't Work)

3. Downloaded bootable Windows on USB.

3.1 Attempted to look for StartUp Settings in Advanced Options from the USB. Only options that come up is Startup repair, Command Prompt, Uninstall Updates, System Restore and System Image Recovery. (Didn't Work)

3.2 Attempted to use "bcdedit /set {default} bootmenupolicy legacy" in command prompt within USB but clicking "Turn Off Your PC" afterwards just repeats the same symptoms. (Didn't Work)

3.2 Attempted to use "bcdedit /set {default} advancedoptions true" but after selecting "Turn Off PC" after just repeats the same symptoms. Note: If I clicked Continue instead of Turn Off PC the computer would restart and would be prompt in the BIOS on which Safe Mode I'd like to use but the moment I select it'll come back to the Advanced Options from USB. (Didn't Work)

I'm at a lost as all I did was reset the PC so I have no idea why this is happening.
