Wi-Fi randomly disconnects and doesn't reconnect

While I was on a Zoom meeting, the Wi-Fi send and receive data went down from 512 kbps to just 0. However, it is a Wi-Fi card with only b/g/n supported. The router is compatible to 5 GHz and has a/b/g/n/ac. With full bars of the 2.4 GHz that the network in my computer, it disconnects me after there is no movement of Zoom video of their face.


The Wi-Fi disconnected automatically after there were no receive data for 15 seconds and the Wi-Fi is still active. When I go to network settings, and connect the same network, it can't connect to this network, but the next one does connect the network. The Wi-Fi doesn't automatically reconnect the network after it was disconnected, even when the network was checked as automatically reconnect the network. It affects the Zoom meeting. The internet doesn't have a receive data of more than 8 mbps in my 802.11 b/g/n network card.
